• If you don’t pick up your preorder, it will not be refunded as we have ordered and paid for the books and shipping to the event venue.
• All book preorders will be signed. If you would like a personalisation added, please request this when you visit the table.
• Cancellations are allowed until 26th May 2024, as we need to order books in time for the event. Please email the shop email address with your preorder details if you need to cancel before this date.
• When collecting your preorder, please show us your receipt and/or ID so we can ensure we give you the correct order.
• If someone else is collecting your preorder, please enter that information in the order notes at checkout.
